The starting point
Reusing an old invoice can carry forward the wrong date, number or payment details. The aim was to make preparation consistent while keeping each invoice editable and ready for a final check.

Reusable issuer and client details reduce repeat typing. Editable drafts keep the amounts and descriptions flexible, while numbering and saved outputs support a repeatable preparation process.
